Thirty-eight years on South Street
The Sundorbon opened at 68 South Street in 1988 and has been family-run ever since. In 2019 Mashayel Ahmed took over from his father, and the kitchen has gone on to win at the Curry Life Awards twice.
Come for dinner in a warm, low-lit dining room with a fully licensed bar, join us for lunch from Friday to Sunday, or take the same cooking home.

THE BAR
Begin with a Tamarind Paloma
The bar is fully licensed. Our cocktails include the Tamarind Paloma, the Coconut and Cardamom Daiquiri and the Jaggery Chai Old Fashioned. Lunch is served Friday to Sunday.
